the indo-russian inter-governmental commission (irigc) main body conducts affairs @ governmental level between both countries. have described steering committee of indo-russia relations. divided 2 parts, first covering trade, economic, scientific, technological , cultural co-operation. co-chaired russian deputy prime minister , indian external affairs minister. second part of commission covers military technical co-operation co-chaired 2 countries respective defence ministers. both parts of irigc meet annually.


in addition, irigc there other bodies conduct economic relations between 2 countries. these include, indo-russian forum on trade , investment, india-russia business council, india-russia trade, investment , technology promotion council , india-russia chamber of commerce.
