alice in chains added openers ozzy osbourne s no more tours tour. mere days before tour began, layne staley broke foot in atv accident, forcing him use crutches on stage. while on tour, starr kicked out of band , replaced former ozzy osbourne bassist mike inez.


during summer of 1993, alice in chains joined primus, tool, rage against machine , babes in toyland alternative music festival lollapalooza, last major tour alice in chains played staley.
