blakesley hall
the village location of blakesley hall, 13th-century manor house. owned charles william bartholomew, demolished in 1957-58.
parish church
the parish church, built in style of english period, dates late 13th century, first parish priest having been recorded william of melchbourne, took office in 1275. church dedicated st mary. since 2006 has formed part of lambfold benefice along parishes of adstone, maidford, litchborough , farthingstone. there memorials matthew swetenham (d.1416), bowbearer henry iv, , william wattes (d.1614).

the station on stratford-upon-avon , midland junction railway (smj) served village 1873 1962. linked nearby blakesley hall miniature railway ran terminal adjacent station. nothing remains of building.
