one of first large scale events organized community week long free software install fest @ technopark, thiruvananthapuram organized in 2008. event co-organized space, zyxware technologies , kerala state mission

the community worked zyxware technologies create india s first freedom toaster kiosk can vend free software cds , dvds. freedom toaster made available @ technopark , @ different engineering colleges make available services public.


organizing freedom walk

the free software users group, thiruvananthapuram along free software communities across kerala , zyxware technologies organized 44-day peace walk called freedom walk in 2008. 3 volunteers community walked kasargod thiruvananthapuram covering 14 districts in state on foot , conducted free software events in schools , colleges promote message , philosophy of free software.
